An MB Foster Assessment helps you look at how your applications meet your business goals for the next three to five years. As part of this assessment, we work with both your management and technical teams to ask these questions:
 
The result of the assessment is a report, suitable for both your senior management and your technical teams, that provides:
 
  1. Detailed review of all applications and data currently in use.
  2. Risk and sustainability of both your applications and operations are identified.
  3. The approximate effort and cost to move or replace existing applications as necessary.
  4. An estimate for building the detailed plan.
This assessment report is actionable and forms the basis for decisions moving forward, whether or not you continue to work with MB Foster. By having a clear picture of the current situation, you can insure that all necessary systems will be included in the application and migration planning. Lack of this information is the most significant reason that migration projects either fail completely or are implemented far over budget and delivered late. We also include an outline of the project governance that we recommend to insure that your future efforts stay on track.
